Garlic & Herb Brussel Sprouts


I have mentioned before that this year has brought on some food ambitions of mine. All of a sudden, I have been extremely brave when it comes to trying new things - this time, brussel sprouts. If you had asked my teenage self to try one, I would have been out the door before you even finished the question. Looking back, I am not quite sure what my aversion to them was because now I find myself craving them. I came across this recipe and they were quite tasty. I'm looking forward to finding more recipes to spruce up the sprouts and to further my food ambitions.

    Great idea! I have to say I'm usually at a loss for what to do with brussel sprouts. These look tasty! Happy I came across your blog. Beautiful pictures!

    1. Abby, thank you so much for stopping by! These sprouts were super tasty and pretty easy to make. I won't lie, I love to eat them plain but dressing them up was a nice change of pace. Enjoy! :)
